Highly recommended! Had an order for a handbrake cancelled by another large retailer (in stock at the time of order) because they were suddenly "out of stock". I found Apex, their website listed the item as "in stock" when almost every other company was out. I wanted to call to ensure they weren't a dropshipper, I've had bad experiences with hard to get "in stock" items in the past, and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a gentleman that not only confirmed that they had the handbrake I wanted, but walked back into their inventory to check on what other options they had, discussed the differences, and filled me in on some new tech that they had incoming. I explained my frustration with the other company as all other items to build my first rig were incoming and I was bummed that I would have to wait longer to complete everything. He assured me that he'd get my order out ASAP. I placed the order online, they shipped it same day and I had it in hand the very next day. Super helpful, very kind and attentive. Ordered a button box and mount. The mount was short one T-nut. Contacted them. They send a T-nut out to me quickly. And my daughter loved that they also packed some sour patch kids in the box.
