Apex Sim Racing Pit Pass Rewards Program - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Apex Sim Racing Rewards Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program indicates your acceptance of any changes to the terms.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to all registered users of the Apex Sim Racing website who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Apex Sim Racing, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on the Apex Sim Racing website. Once enrolled, you can start earning points by making purchases and engaging in other specified activities on our website.

4. Earning Points

Points can be earned through various activities including, but not limited to:

• Making purchases on the Apex Sim Racing website
• Referring friends
• Following us on social media
• Writing product reviews

The number of points earned for each activity will be specified on the Program page. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards specified by Apex Sim Racing.

5. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts, products, or other rewards as specified on the Program page. Redemption options and point requirements are subject to change at any time. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

6. Expiration of Points

Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to change the point expiration policy at any time.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your participation in the Program if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of account suspension or termination, all points earned will be forfeited.

8. Changes to the Program

Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. This includes changing the number of points earned, the rewards available, and any other aspect of the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apex Sim Racing will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from any changes to or termination of the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Apex Sim Racing is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
