They then kept on touch with me sending emails back and forth and then let me know that the new seats were coming soon then again when they were back in-stock. I found Apex, their website listed the item as "in stock" when almost every other company was out. I wanted to call to ensure they weren't a dropshipper, I've had bad experiences with hard to get "in stock" items in the past, and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a gentleman that not only confirmed that they had the handbrake I wanted, but walked back into their inventory to check on what other options they had, discussed the differences, and filled me in on some new tech that they had incoming. I explained my frustration with the other company as all other items to build my first rig were incoming and I was bummed that I would have to wait longer to complete everything.
