The Sabelt Sim Racing Seatbelt is the CCS433, a 4-point harness for sim cockpits. So strapping in feels like strapping into a car rather than sitting in a chair.
A harness changes how you drive. Because the belts hold your body against the seat, you brace with your legs instead of your hands, and that shows up in smoother steering inputs.
