Wow. I had a question about my order and I wasn’t especially nice. This is because I suffer with mental illness. A representative reached out in three minutes and helped me which I really appreciate. About two hours ago I get two emails saying my order shipped,split because of pre-order obligation I totally understand. I see why this team and business is rated so highly amongst the sim community. These guys just do their job. Answer question before purchase, guide you in right choice that works and give the best deals around. If it's in stock, it's going to be there asap. Great business! Extremely helpful and friendly people. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago about one of the new sabelt seats, they were out of stick at the moment. They then kept on touch with me sending emails back and forth and then let me know that the new seats were coming soon then again when they were back in-stock. I drove up and met the owner I believe and he handed me my new seat and a seat bracket he showed me his new sabelt rig and talked with me for about 30 min great guy I enjoyed my entire experience dealing with these guys. Highly recommended! Had an order for a handbrake cancelled by another large retailer (in stock at the time of order) because they were suddenly "out of stock". I found Apex, their website listed the item as "in stock" when almost every other company was out. I wanted to call to ensure they weren't a dropshipper, I've had bad experiences with hard to get "in stock" items in the past, and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a gentleman that not only confirmed that they had the handbrake I wanted, but walked back into their inventory to check on what other options they had, discussed the differences, and filled me in on some new tech that they had incoming. I explained my frustration with the other company as all other items to build my first rig were incoming and I was bummed that I would have to wait longer to complete everything. He assured me that he'd get my order out ASAP. I placed the order online, they shipped it same day and I had it in hand the very next day. Super helpful, very kind and attentive. The quality of my button dash far exceeded my expectations! The carbon fiber is absolutely superb and the button quality is outstanding. I cannot say enough about how great this unit looks on my sim rig. I will be purchasing from Apex many times in the future!

Ordered a button box and mount. The mount was short one T-nut. Contacted them. They send a T-nut out to me quickly. And my daughter loved that they also packed some sour patch kids in the box.
