Apex Sim Racing Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Apex Sim Racing. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within a 14-day period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The item is unused and in new condition.
2. The item is in its original packaging.
3. All items originally included in the packaging are returned.

Please note the following details regarding our returns policy:

1. Return Period: The return period for eligible items is 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Exclusions: The following items are exempt from being returned:

- Custom Orders
- Sale Items / Clearance Items
- Apex Sim Racing Gift Cards
- Downloadable Software Products

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@apexsimracing.com within the 14-day return period. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.

4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. Please make sure to get a receipt as proof that the item was shipped. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded as that money has already been paid out to the shipping provider to deliver your item.

5. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the processing and handling costs associated with the return.

6. Condition of Returned Item: The returned item must be in unused and new condition, with all original packaging included. If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to reasons not caused by our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

7. Refund Process: Once we receive and evaluate the returned item, you will receive an email notification concerning the approval or declination of your refund. In the case of approval, the refund process will involve refunding the applicable amount to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, after deducting the applicable restocking fee and shipping costs.

Order Cancellation, Pre-Orders and Exchange Policy

At Apex Sim Racing, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order or exchange it for a different item. Please review our updated order cancellation and exchange policy below:

Restocking Fee for Cancellations: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all order cancellations, including pre-orders. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the original payment and restocking the items.

Pre-Orders: When you place a pre-order, the full amount will be charged at the time of checkout. If you decide to cancel a pre-order, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the aforementioned costs.

Exchanging for a Different Item: Instead of canceling your order, if you would like to exchange it for a different item of equal or greater value, we will waive the 5% restocking fee. Please contact our customer support team at info@apexsimracing.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping of Pre-Ordered Items: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that all dates provided are estimates, and we will make every effort to ship your product promptly.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By placing an order / pre-order, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Policy Modification: Apex Sim Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Extreme Sim Racing RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Note: Any product on sale is not eligible for return.

We accept returns of items that meet the following guidelines:

You must contact Extreme Simracing (contact@extremesimracing.com) prior to returning any items to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and confirm the terms of the return. Items received without authorization will not be eligible for credit.

Products purchased from Extreme Simracing must be returned within the first 14 days after being received.

Products must be new, unused and in its sealed original packaging. We can not re-sell an item to someone that is not new. All hardware, manuals, cables, plastic bags, etc., must be included with the return. Any product that was used or partially installed is non-returnable. This goes back to being in new condition.

A $5 or 15% minimum re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) applies to all returns for refund. This fee covers our time to receive, inspect and test the item before it can be sold to someone else.


Original shipping (Even if the shipping is free, for the return of the product it will be charged.) and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund.

Items returned must be properly packaged in order to prevent damage in transit. As stated above, all items must arrive in new, sellable condition. Do not write or put labels on the actual item box, pack the item in a brown box to send it back in and place your labels there.

Shipping Fees are not refundable as UPS/FedEx/USPS already used up the fuel and paid their employees. You are responsible for return shipping charges.


If upon inspection the item is found not to qualify for a refund, the item may be returned to you at your expense, otherwise the items shall be discarded. We will contact you if this is the case.


Any products returned must be shipped to our address as listed on the RMA form. Do not ship items back to the manufacturer unless explicitly instructed to do so.
