Amazing company, overall. I had ordered sim racing components from a couple different companies, and had nothing but bad experiences. Apex is just different, so eager to help and if you have compatibility issues with your purchase, they go above and beyond to get you up and running. I had ordered a wheel(gt neo) that I couldn't get to work on PS5 with all my Moza stuff so they offered an exchange for an equal wheel(ks) and even ate some of the cost to get it out to me quickly. I can't say enough about Daniel in support, hes awesome and knows his stuff, for sure. Again, DO NOT shop at any other online retailer, you WILL have issues with missing parts, late shipping, holding $ hostage, etc, just read the reviews. Apex is getting all my bu$iness for future upgrades. They're simply the best out there.

I pre-ordered the Moza ES F1 wheel and was told it was arrive in April, then be shipped out to me. However to my surprise my order was sent a couple days after and arrived the SAME DAY! It feels really good. -light weight -easy to assemble -good quality for $40-70

Purchased my Simagic P500 pedals with Haptics! I was contacted by support who let me know that I required a power brick, instead of shipping the order incomplete, Apex reached out to me and added the part and I ABSOLUTLY LOVE the P500 Pedals with Haptics, they will change your whole Sim driving experience!

Wow. I had a question about my order and I wasn’t especially nice. This is because I suffer with mental illness. A representative reached out in three minutes and helped me which I really appreciate. About two hours ago I get two emails saying my order shipped,split because of pre-order obligation I totally understand. I see why this team and business is rated so highly amongst the sim community. Bought my first sim racing set up and im really happy with how fast they got it to me even though it was a pre order and they were also very communicative and kept me updated. Everything was nicely packaged and their priced were the best from all the other retailers, would highly recommend.

I then found Apex Sim Racing and arranged a Pick-Up with great attention to my business and customer service. Always shop local but if you’re not in NJ, just trust Apex Sim Racing: They stock the best products and They’re professional! I’m a happy Dad with a happy young Racer!

These guys just do their job. Answer question before purchase, guide you in right choice that works and give the best deals around. If it's in stock, it's going to be there asap. Never had over 3 day wait...and Sim Racers are not good at waiting. Apex is the go to for best deals, products and service...bar none!

After using the high quality designed GT3R Sim Racing Display almost daily for a few years, the screen had malfunctioned. Even though I was not the original direct purchaser of this product, I've reached out to Apex for support. Their communication were timely and very helpful in helping me resolve the issue by even covering the cost of the replacement part. I was up and running again within 4 business days. Great business! Extremely helpful and friendly people. I emailed them about 3 weeks ago about one of the new sabelt seats, they were out of stick at the moment. They then kept on touch with me sending emails back and forth and then let me know that the new seats were coming soon then again when they were back in-stock. I drove up and met the owner I believe and he handed me my new seat and a seat bracket he showed me his new sabelt rig and talked with me for about 30 min great guy I enjoyed my entire experience dealing with these guys. Ordered my Moza racing bundle and it came in two days… whaaaaat?!!! That’s even faster than my bank transfers. I’m super happy with how it was all packaged and delivered. Perfect experience and now I know where my future sim gear will come from!!

Highly recommended! Had an order for a handbrake cancelled by another large retailer (in stock at the time of order) because they were suddenly "out of stock". I found Apex, their website listed the item as "in stock" when almost every other company was out. I wanted to call to ensure they weren't a dropshipper, I've had bad experiences with hard to get "in stock" items in the past, and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a gentleman that not only confirmed that they had the handbrake I wanted, but walked back into their inventory to check on what other options they had, discussed the differences, and filled me in on some new tech that they had incoming. I explained my frustration with the other company as all other items to build my first rig were incoming and I was bummed that I would have to wait longer to complete everything. He assured me that he'd get my order out ASAP. I placed the order online, they shipped it same day and I had it in hand the very next day. Super helpful, very kind and attentive. Would absolutely recommend checking them out!

Couldn't ask for a better team to order from. Even though it was cube controls wheel. Service and delievery was fast. Now to get new rig built and order my button boxes. If trakracer was just as fast. Thanks again for great and fast service.
