A Brake That Works on Pressure, Not Travel
The Simagic P-HYS Braking System replaces the spring mechanism on a P1000 brake pedal with a hydraulic cylinder. So the pedal resists force rather than distance, which is how a real brake behaves.
Simagic had race engineers design it. Because a hydraulic circuit builds pressure progressively, the pedal firms up as you push instead of reaching a fixed stop.
38 Pressure Pads Included
Resistance comes from stacked pressure pads in four colors. Each behaves differently, so the combination you choose sets the curve:
- Red, blue, grey and black pads, 38 in total
- Stack and mix them to tune resistance
- Change the feel without buying anything else
As a result, you can set a soft progressive brake for a road car or a hard short-travel pedal for a formula car.
Built From CNC Aluminum
The housing is CNC-machined aluminum. Therefore it holds up to repeated heavy braking without flexing. It measures 160 x 82 x 102 mm and weighs 0.55 kg.
Everything for Installation
The accessory kit covers the whole job. In addition, both Allen keys and wrenches are included:
- Allen keys: 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm
- Wrenches: 10mm, 13mm and 17mm
Fitting the Simagic P-HYS Braking System
This fits the P1000 pedal series. However, it does not include a rotatable oil container and does not support inverted mounting. So if your pedals hang rather than sit on the floor, the P-HYSi is the version you need.
Why Buy From Apex Sim Racing
Apex Sim Racing is an authorized Simagic retailer in the United States. So every order ships with full US warranty coverage and US-based technical support. In short, backed by 25,000+ orders shipped.
Complete Your Setup
For inverted pedals, see the P-HYSi. For the throttle, the P-HTS Hydraulic Throttle System does the same job.
Plug & Play PC Compatible Via USB
Simagic P1000 pedal series. Does not support inverted pedal mounting and does not include a rotatable oil container; the P-HYSi covers both.
